About SedeCore

Inventory that never runs out.
Medicine that never expires unnoticed.

SedeCore is an AI and blockchain-powered inventory intelligence platform built for the places where a stockout or an expired product isn’t an inconvenience — it’s a risk to someone’s health.

Why we exist

Healthcare runs on inventory. Most of it is still managed in the dark.

In hospitals, pharmacies, and clinics, the difference between a well-stocked shelf and an empty one can decide whether a patient gets treated today. Yet inventory in these settings is too often tracked in spreadsheets and memory — leaving teams to discover stockouts too late, find expired products only when it’s time to use them, and spend weeks assembling records when an audit arrives.

SedeCore was built to close that gap. We set out to give healthcare teams the same clarity over their supplies that they bring to patient care: knowing what’s on hand, what’s about to expire, what’s about to run out, and being able to prove every movement of every item.

“An expired vial or an empty shelf should never be a surprise. That single belief shapes everything we build.”

To do that, we combined three technologies that rarely appear together in inventory software. Artificial intelligence forecasts demand from a team’s own history, so reorders happen before shortages do. A dual-alert expiry system warns both staff and the product’s recipient as expiry approaches, turning a silent risk into an early conversation. And a blockchain-based audit trail records every event in a tamper-evident chain, so compliance stops being a scramble and becomes a byproduct of everyday work.

The result is a platform that healthcare organizations across 18 countries now rely on — not to manage inventory, but to stop worrying about it.

What makes us different

Three ideas, working together.

Most tools track what already happened. SedeCore is built to act before problems occur — and to prove exactly what took place after.

AI demand forecasting

SedeCore learns each organization’s usage patterns, seasonal cycles, and anomalies to forecast demand — so reorders are triggered before a shortage ever reaches the shelf.

Dual-alert expiry tracking

As expiry approaches, SedeCore notifies both your team and the product’s recipient. A silent risk becomes an early alert — and far less medicine is wasted.

Blockchain audit trail

Every receipt, transfer, and dispensing event is written to a tamper-evident chain of custody — turning audits from a two-week scramble into a matter of minutes.

What we stand for

The principles behind the product.

01

Patient safety comes first

Every feature is measured against a simple question: does this help a patient get the right product, on time and in date? If it doesn’t, it doesn’t ship.

02

Trust is built on transparency

Healthcare teams shouldn’t have to take our word for it. Tamper-evident records and clear audit trails mean the truth of what happened is always verifiable.

03

Security is a foundation, not a feature

HIPAA-ready infrastructure, encryption in transit and at rest, and role-based access are built in from the ground up — because sensitive data deserves nothing less.

04

Prevention over reaction

The best stockout is the one that never happens. We’d rather quietly prevent a crisis than help you recover from one.
