Artificial intelligence forecasts demand from a team’s own history, so reorders happen before shortages do. A dual-alert expiry system warns both staff and the product’s recipient as expiry approaches, turning a silent risk into an early conversation. And a blockchain-based audit trail records every event in a tamper-evident chain, so compliance stops being a scramble and becomes a byproduct of everyday work.
